Green Canyon September 2012

The other lately post will talk about my escapimg journey with my best friends, Amelia and saskia. They are my best sista whom I met since high school. Though we're kinda busy with my own life, we's try to spare our time in the middle of Qnoy's time conducting her thesis. Sorry Sist, to distract yout thesis time at that time :).
The journey was magnificent. we laughed a lot, we smoke much , we swam a bit, then we jumped so high.

i sat next to melly, while Qnoy sat in beside our seat. we fell asleep during the journey. But I took a pic before we arrive at Pangandaran at that time.

The journey 's about 6 or 7 hours if I'm not mistaken. I do remember while We touched down at the bus station around 1 pm, coz I'm starving to death that afternoon. After getting the Becak we went around looking for the hotel to stay for a night. and we got a hotel in front of the beach. Luckily there were many rooms empty coz we went there on weekday. And the rate was cheaper than usual in weekend. Finished tidy up our bags, we continue our fav time. yeaaaah culinary tour. we found a delicious seafood restaurant near east beach named "x' , i forgot the name. after having a late lunch, we went back to the hotel coz we're gonna catch the sun set . yeahhh, and we got it. :)

Then in the next following day, we visited the Green Canyon. Luckily, the water was clear at that time, it looked so exotic with a green water accompanied by the cave and the stalacted hanging from the cave. we decided to swam a bit, eager to know hoi it felt swimming in the green water like that. And u know guys, the water was very fresh, cold, and we didn't regret to swim there. Accompanied by a guide who knew well the Canyon, we were directed to swam and avoided the coral coz it was shap enough. So we must be careful with that. The guide also challanged us to jumped from a high stone . Mely persuade me to join, and I was being brave coz she wanted to try too.
But, evertthing was diffrent when u were in the top of the high stone. my feet were weak. I was afraid of the height. It is about 6 meters. But it is quite high. I couldn't imagine if I stroke by the coral inside the water. I just pray and read alfatihan 7 times. Pray the best that i could landed in the water savely. and I counted untill three. One... Two... Three... Shouted it loude. "mamiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii..."

alhamdulilah, I sucsessfully landed.
there was a certain satisfaction after you can jump from that high point. It seems that u have released your stress and throw it away through your loud and scream. It felt so relief. I felt so happy. so was Melly.
For cooling down, we swam a bit near the coral, taking pictures and enjopying our last moment there. Coz we gotta to go back to daily routine. Green Canyon is also a hidden paradise in west Java. it is also a recommended place to be visited with your friends or boyfriend. Don't forget to try jumping from the rock. It is awesome.
