W gave a diet reciept from his collegue. It was called 'hypertension diet ' coz it was a diet for a preson who suffered from high blood pressure. The list of the menu was terrible. but I felt so desperateso that I decided to do the that method. Before I started the diet. I set the the target to be achieved. I wanted to gain 45s , so I must be able to lose 14kilos.
These are my pict before the diet. arrghhh I am so ashamed with this. hohoho
That was when I was in 59 kilos. I ate 4 times a day, I loved junked food, I love Carbo.
Look at my stomach. That was a terrible thing to be hidden .

look at my cheeks! I was bad in every pictures. arrghhhhh
Coz I couldn't live with noodles at that time. Sometimes I ate french fries with rice. O My God.
But after I got the reciept, I wanna say to my self. I wanted a skinny look most rather than any other delicious and tempting food. I swear to God, I wanna lose my weight.
These are the menu that W gave to me. Believe it or not. Every diet only needs one condition : That is "Intention, earnestness,and persistent". Don't ever try if u haven't got them.
Breakfast :
1. Non Fat Milk,
2. apple and pear juice, one tablespoon of olives oil.
3. drink a glass of water per hour.
Lunch:
1. 5 tablespoon of brown rice
2. 2-3 eggs, cooked without oil or fried, without salt, sugar, or MSG
3. fish/chiken/ tofu or soya bean cake, cooked without sugar, salt, or MSG
4. vegetable. it is free whether u wanna cooked in a big amount of vege. But remember, without salt, sugar, or MSG
5. drink a glass of water per hour
6. U can eat fruit if u are still hungry
Dinner
not more up to 7 pm.
the menu is the same with lunch
if u still hungry eat fruits and drink a lot.
Prohibition:
salt, sugar, ice , ice cream, chocolate ( except dark choco), cheese, margarine, durians, avocado, banana, MSG, soya sauce, ketcup, soft drinks, chips, snacks, noodle,
Just stick to the menu and do it with iklas.
Just think of how beautiful u are after u get your target.
Guys, this is the result after the diet about 3 months

Just believe in yourself. Don't hear what people said. show them when u achive your target.
that is the result of earnestness.
One more important thing, u should still keep maintaining your weight. eat healthy food, drink much water, avoid cold drink, consume vegetable, love your fruit. Do the exercise once a week if it is necessary. remember what someone had said " U are what u eat"
For the last but not least : U determine yourself. Don't hear what people said about you. Just do what u believe it's true.
